Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Counseling-related field or BSN.
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, RN).
- 7+ years of progressive management experience in healthcare operations.
- Demonstrated proficiency with EHRs, telehealth platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data reporting tools and ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
- Excellent management, supervisory, and organizational skills.
- Strong financial and operational acumen with P&L experience.
- Fluency in English (speaking/written).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Must pass extensive background check.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial accountability for all virtual care programs.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute the virtual service roadmap.
- Build scalable operational processes to support growth while ensuring clinical excellence and productivity.
- Manage the virtual service line P&L, including budget performance, capacity planning, and labor management.
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for employees.
- Optimize client access, scheduling efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
- Drive census growth in coordination with marketing and outreach teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality standards across all virtual services.
