Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, AI, automation, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, automation platforms, or cloud technologies.
  • Experience working with channel partners or strategic alliances.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to identify customer challenges and align solutions.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Build solution architectures, POCs, and technical validation plans.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and security/compliance inquiries.
  • Support channel partners via training, workshops, and joint sales calls.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Contribute to team quota goals including net new and expansion ARR.
