Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales.
- Experience supporting SaaS, AI, automation, or enterprise software solutions.
- Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, automation platforms, or cloud technologies.
- Experience working with channel partners or strategic alliances.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to identify customer challenges and align solutions.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and deliver product demonstrations.
- Build solution architectures, POCs, and technical validation plans.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and security/compliance inquiries.
- Support channel partners via training, workshops, and joint sales calls.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Contribute to team quota goals including net new and expansion ARR.
