Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of driving organic social growth (follower growth, engagement, leads, views).
- End-to-end ownership of organic social workflow.
- Hands-on content production skills (static graphics, short-form video).
- Proficiency in managing organic content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- C1+ English (CEFR) level for client-facing work and copywriting.
Responsibilities
- Set organic social strategy across multiple brands.
- Build and manage the content calendar.
- Produce static graphics, short-form videos, and platform copy.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Track and report on audience growth, engagement, and acquisition leads.
- Maintain brand voice for both consumer and professional audiences.
