Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Proven experience managing social channels like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and preferably Xiaohongshu.
- Strong English writing skills for captions and short-form content.
- Strong visual storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in basic design and video editing using Canva or similar tools.
- Comfort collaborating with school teams, marketing colleagues, and external vendors.
- Willingness to handle hands-on content gathering and reporting.
- Interest in education, Montessori, or mission-driven brands.
- Mandarin language skills (preferred).
- Experience with bilingual/localized content or influencer collaborations (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage daily social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, Red Note/Xiaohongshu, and TikTok.
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar across markets including Hong Kong, Singapore, Bali, and Melbourne.
- Create, edit, and publish short-form video, reels, stories, and static content.
- Write clear, engaging captions aligned with brand voice.
- Perform basic video and visual editing using tools like Canva, Adobe, or CapCut.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages.
- Support marketing campaigns including open houses and school launches.
- Prepare social media reports on content performance and metrics.
