Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok in an agency or high growth environment.
  • Proven experience managing $80K+ monthly paid social budgets.
  • Strong track record of driving performance against acquisition and conversion metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPL, CAC).
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (campaign structure, audiences, Advantage+/Smart+, bidding strategies).
  • Experience with conversion tracking and server-side events (Meta Pixel & Conversions API, TikTok Pixel & Events API).
  • Experience with analytics platforms like GA4.
  • Strong creative instincts and experience partnering with creative teams to test and scale social-native ad creative.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute full-funnel paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok, with a strong emphasis on efficient customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Own day-to-day management of high-budget campaigns ($80K+ monthly spend), including prospecting, retargeting, and Advantage+/Smart+ initiatives.
  • Develop audience segmentation, lookalikes, and interest/behavioral targeting; partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate on thumb-stopping social-native creative.
  • Design and run structured creative tests (hooks, formats, UGC, video vs. static) to improve CTR, CVR, and CPA.
  • Monitor campaign performance, build reports, and surface actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Allocate and optimize budgets across platforms and campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversion volume.
  • Ensure robust tracking via the Meta Pixel/Conversions API and TikTok Pixel/Events API.
  • Stay on top of Meta and TikTok updates and expand into Pinterest and Reddit.
