Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing recruiters.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, pipelines, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to improve performance.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and team meetings.
- Identify skill gaps and provide coaching and training plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between recruiters and clients.
- Ensure alignment on hiring expectations and timelines.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (submissions, interviews, placements).
- Implement strategies to improve recruiter efficiency.
- Handle client and candidate escalations.
- Support recruiters in resolving complex hiring challenges.
