- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (phone, email, chat).
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, live online chat, and email.
- Own the customer onboarding experience including setup assistance and support.
- Collect feedback to enhance customer experience and define onboarding department goals.
- Identify product gaps and generate innovative ideas to expand market share.
- Respond to inquiries, address complaints, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform customer outreach to ensure completion of onboarding and setup.
- Develop resources to promote customer engagement.
- Document customer interactions accurately and timely.
- Maintain data security protocols when handling sensitive information.
