Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, live online chat, and email.
  • Own the customer onboarding experience including setup assistance and support.
  • Collect feedback to enhance customer experience and define onboarding department goals.
  • Identify product gaps and generate innovative ideas to expand market share.
  • Respond to inquiries, address complaints, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform customer outreach to ensure completion of onboarding and setup.
  • Develop resources to promote customer engagement.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and timely.
  • Maintain data security protocols when handling sensitive information.
