Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in software training, support, or implementation preferred
- Experience with SaaS organizations preferred
- Chiropractic or ChiroTouch software knowledge highly desired
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Adept knowledge of application sharing tools
- Strong integrity and accountability
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects
- Conduct customer support and onboarding activities for new clients
- Ensure successful implementation of ChiroTouch software and services
- Maintain timely and urgent response times for customers
- Provide thorough product insights to customers
- Achieve applicable onboarding targets for each project
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with written and verbal communication
