- Leading engaging customer training sessions and product walkthroughs
- Creating clear, customer-friendly video walkthroughs
- Guiding customers through implementation milestones
- Performing map uploads and account configuration support
- Answering customer questions via email and chat
- Solving unique scheduling and space-management scenarios
- Delivering tailored product demonstrations
- Supporting billing-related questions and payment workflows
- Capturing and sharing customer feedback
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience
