Requirements
- 2+ years of implementation, customer success, or operations experience in manufacturing.
- Direct experience shipping end-to-end kanban, two-bin, or pull-replenishment systems.
- Proven hands-on configuration and deployment experience on real shop floors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with operators and management.
- Creative physical problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software, spreadsheets, and configuration UIs.
- Ability and willingness to travel 50–70% of the time.
- Comfortable with unglamorous setup and on-the-floor physical work.
Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end customer implementations including scoping and quoting.
- Conduct onsite shop floor implementations: layout design, bin sizing, and operator training.
- Configure platform settings including items, suppliers, and replenishment logic.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships for ongoing success and adoption.
- Develop and refine implementation playbooks, templates, and training materials.
- Partner with marketing for trade show presence and content generation.
- Provide product and engineering feedback based on shop floor findings.
