- Run end-to-end customer implementations including scoping and quoting.
- Conduct onsite shop floor implementations: layout design, bin sizing, and operator training.
- Configure platform settings including items, suppliers, and replenishment logic.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships for ongoing success and adoption.
- Develop and refine implementation playbooks, templates, and training materials.
- Partner with marketing for trade show presence and content generation.
- Provide product and engineering feedback based on shop floor findings.
