- Build strong relationships with customers and own their implementation outcomes
- Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and become a trusted advisor
- Provide in-person support and training to strategic accounts as needed
- Champion customers internally by sharing feedback with the Product team
- Collaborate with peers to improve processes and operations
