- 4+ years experience in consulting, business technology, or functional domain
- Proven experience with change management deliverables (assessments, stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, training, user adoption)
- Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops
- Ability to thrive in technical environments, especially Salesforce implementations
- Experience with change management tools, techniques, or frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop change strategies that enable successful digital and organizational transformations
- Determine the best approach to user adoption through client collaboration
- Train customers on built solutions and implementation strategies
- Work alongside superusers to represent user needs
- Train and mentor team members on new technical expertise and Salesforce features
- Identify organizational change management opportunities and challenges
- Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and consulting partners
- Serve as the expert on program strategy, stakeholder engagement, and project management
