  • Proven experience with change management deliverables (assessments, stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, training, user adoption)
  • Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops
  • Ability to thrive in technical environments, especially Salesforce implementations
  • Experience with change management tools, techniques, or frameworks
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop change strategies that enable successful digital and organizational transformations
  • Determine the best approach to user adoption through client collaboration
  • Train customers on built solutions and implementation strategies
  • Work alongside superusers to represent user needs
  • Train and mentor team members on new technical expertise and Salesforce features
  • Identify organizational change management opportunities and challenges
  • Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and consulting partners
  • Serve as the expert on program strategy, stakeholder engagement, and project management
