Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years experience in consulting, business technology, or functional domain.
  • Proven experience in change management work (change assessments, role design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, impact analysis, user adoption, training).
  • Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops.
  • Ability to thrive in technical environments, especially implementations of Salesforce products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technology background with working knowledge of Salesforce’s preferred collaboration platforms (Google Suite, Chatter, Quip, Smartsheet, Slack).

Responsibilities

  • Develop change strategies that enable successful digital and organizational transformations and cloud based technology implementations.
  • Strategically collaborate with customers to determine the best approach to user adoption.
  • Train customers on the solutions we’ve built and how to best implement change within their organization.
  • Work alongside superusers to give users a voice in the implementation.
  • Understand client's culture, business strategies, and associated organizational change management opportunities and challenges.
  • Approach organizational change leveraging proven change methodologies and understanding of behavioral change.
  • Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and consulting partners.
  • Serve as the expert on overall program strategy, change design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communication, training, project management, and business process design.
  • Support a growing practice by identifying opportunities and building client relationships and internal infrastructure.
