Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years experience in consulting, business technology, or functional domain.
- Proven experience in change management work (change assessments, role design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, impact analysis, user adoption, training).
- Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops.
- Ability to thrive in technical environments, especially implementations of Salesforce products.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Strong technology background with working knowledge of Salesforce’s preferred collaboration platforms (Google Suite, Chatter, Quip, Smartsheet, Slack).
Responsibilities
- Develop change strategies that enable successful digital and organizational transformations and cloud based technology implementations.
- Strategically collaborate with customers to determine the best approach to user adoption.
- Train customers on the solutions we’ve built and how to best implement change within their organization.
- Work alongside superusers to give users a voice in the implementation.
- Understand client's culture, business strategies, and associated organizational change management opportunities and challenges.
- Approach organizational change leveraging proven change methodologies and understanding of behavioral change.
- Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and consulting partners.
- Serve as the expert on overall program strategy, change design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communication, training, project management, and business process design.
- Support a growing practice by identifying opportunities and building client relationships and internal infrastructure.
