Benefits and Leave Compliance Specialist
  • Administer employee benefits programs including enrollments, life events, billing reconciliation, and carrier escalations.
  • Manage end-to-end leave compliance for a multi-state workforce, including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave laws.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes across all U.S. jurisdictions to proactively update internal policies.
  • Execute ACA tracking, reporting, and 1095-C preparation.
  • Partner with People Ops, Finance, and Legal to ensure benefits and leave data accuracy within the HRIS.
  • Facilitate the ADA interactive process and coordinate with third-party leave administrators and disability carriers.
  • Support HR operations including performance review cycles, EEO-1 reporting, and offboarding documentation.

Engineering at Patriot Software

Engineers at Patriot Software build reliable, scalable infrastructure using an SRE mindset. You will design and operate CI/CD platforms to enable safe, low-risk releases. We strengthen security and compliance across our AWS infrastructure, including IAM and network security. You will leverage AWS (EKS, networking, connectivity design), Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). Our team also configures and manages Cloudflare for edge security, CDN performance, and traffic management. We use Python and Bash for automation and continuously improve observability platforms like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
