• 6+ years of experience collaborating with software engineering teams.
• 2+ years of experience with design and quality assurance.
• Demonstrable skills in data analysis, user research, and product vision.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and collaboration.
• Ability to make informed, quick decisions.
• Excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Development team to define tasks and solutions.
• Engaging directly with customers to identify needs, ensuring a simple and intuitive software experience.
• Developing success metrics for projects, analyzing data to find trends and opportunities.
• Building relationships across departments to understand business challenges.
• Conducting competitor assessments and analyzing industry trends to inform strategic positioning.
