Requirements
- SECRET or TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Significant experience as a CSM or AM working with the government.
- Demonstrated experience working with a highly-technical product.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and machine learning concepts.
- Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a lean environment.
- Experience working at an early-stage startup (preferred).
- Technical background with tools like Excel, SQL, or Python (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for federal customers using Legion for MRO.
- Represent Legion to the customer and effectively relay customer feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering) to articulate needs.
- Develop and propose new platform capabilities based on customer requirements.
- Travel frequently to be onsite with customers in the Southeastern United States.
