Requirements

  • SECRET or TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Significant experience as a CSM or AM working with the government.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a highly-technical product.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a lean environment.
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup (preferred).
  • Technical background with tools like Excel, SQL, or Python (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for federal customers using Legion for MRO.
  • Represent Legion to the customer and effectively relay customer feedback to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering) to articulate needs.
  • Develop and propose new platform capabilities based on customer requirements.
  • Travel frequently to be onsite with customers in the Southeastern United States.
