Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (customer support, entry level account management, graduate).
- Ability to develop and maintain C-Level relationships.
- Ability to deliver custom ROI analysis.
- Understanding of customer success principles.
- Basic understanding of relational databases and MariaDB concepts.
- Effective communication at all levels.
- Ability to create persuasive emails and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Support and engage with customers throughout all stages of their lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, retention, and advocacy.
- Guide new customers through onboarding for MariaDB deployments.
- Formulate an ongoing meeting cadence with the assigned portfolio.
- Understand customers' data management strategies and articulate improvements.
- Address customer experience issues and assist as an escalation point of contact.
- Conduct regular business reviews showcasing value.
- Coordinate with Account Executives to ensure upgrade, migration, and growth.
