Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (customer support, entry level account management, graduate).
  • Ability to develop and maintain C-Level relationships.
  • Ability to deliver custom ROI analysis.
  • Understanding of customer success principles.
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and MariaDB concepts.
  • Effective communication at all levels.
  • Ability to create persuasive emails and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Support and engage with customers throughout all stages of their lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, retention, and advocacy.
  • Guide new customers through onboarding for MariaDB deployments.
  • Formulate an ongoing meeting cadence with the assigned portfolio.
  • Understand customers' data management strategies and articulate improvements.
  • Address customer experience issues and assist as an escalation point of contact.
  • Conduct regular business reviews showcasing value.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives to ensure upgrade, migration, and growth.
