Requirements
- Experience in customer success, professional services, product operations, QA, or closely adjacent role at a SaaS company.
- Genuine QA mindset: ability to notice, reproduce, and document issues cleanly.
- Strong product curiosity and desire to become deeply fluent in platform functionality.
- Customer empathy and ability to understand software experience for users facing barriers.
- Technical literacy to work with engineers and product managers.
- High agency and strong written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Learn the product end to end and stay current as it evolves.
- Bring customer context into internal product conversations.
- Test new and existing functionality through the lens of the user.
- Own clear, reproducible bug reports and route them with proper priority.
- Support implementation tasks, workflow guidance, and training preparation.
- Create guides, FAQs, and templates for scalable support.
- Identify patterns across customers and regions to improve product experience.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure feedback and issues are addressed.
