Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, professional services, product operations, QA, or closely adjacent role at a SaaS company.
  • Genuine QA mindset: ability to notice, reproduce, and document issues cleanly.
  • Strong product curiosity and desire to become deeply fluent in platform functionality.
  • Customer empathy and ability to understand software experience for users facing barriers.
  • Technical literacy to work with engineers and product managers.
  • High agency and strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the product end to end and stay current as it evolves.
  • Bring customer context into internal product conversations.
  • Test new and existing functionality through the lens of the user.
  • Own clear, reproducible bug reports and route them with proper priority.
  • Support implementation tasks, workflow guidance, and training preparation.
  • Create guides, FAQs, and templates for scalable support.
  • Identify patterns across customers and regions to improve product experience.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure feedback and issues are addressed.
