- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- Project management experience is a plus
- Martech industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide industry and platform expertise to help customers derive insights
- Advise customers on best practices to drive platform value and ROI
- Partner with Account Managers to secure renewals and expansions
- Build relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Develop customized success plans for customer outcomes
- Manage new account onboarding
- Lead online webinars, consultations, and demos
- Leverage data to develop communication strategies
- Monitor customer health using tools like PlanHat, Salesforce, and Tableau
