Requirements

  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Martech industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide industry and platform expertise to help customers derive insights
  • Advise customers on best practices to drive platform value and ROI
  • Partner with Account Managers to secure renewals and expansions
  • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Develop customized success plans for customer outcomes
  • Manage new account onboarding
  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and demos
  • Leverage data to develop communication strategies
  • Monitor customer health using tools like PlanHat, Salesforce, and Tableau
