Requirements
- Proven experience working at an AI-first company (LLM labs, AI infrastructure, or GenAI apps).
- Deep understanding of tokens, latency, context windows, and model routing.
- Background in technical SaaS or API-first platforms.
- Proven track record of owning a sales quota.
- Experience navigating procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Proactive mindset towards renewals and expansions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute adoption plans for AI-native companies.
- Own the revenue lifecycle and drive usage growth across enterprise accounts.
- Present ROI analysis to executive stakeholders like CTOs.
- Provide technical guidance on API usage and model routing to engineering teams.
- Define and track success criteria and ROI metrics for every customer.
- Act as the voice of the customer for GTM, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Build playbooks and systems to scale the customer success function.
