Requirements

  • Proven track record of owning a sales quota.
  • Experience navigating procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Proactive mindset towards renewals and expansions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute adoption plans for AI-native companies.
  • Own the revenue lifecycle and drive usage growth across enterprise accounts.
  • Present ROI analysis to executive stakeholders like CTOs.
  • Provide technical guidance on API usage and model routing to engineering teams.
  • Define and track success criteria and ROI metrics for every customer.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for GTM, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Build playbooks and systems to scale the customer success function.
