Requirements
- High-intensity analytical foundation (IB, PE, consulting, or founding).
- Hands-on operating experience at a VC-backed startup.
- Experience owning projects end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to build from zero.
- Ability to work in the details (tactics and strategy).
- Strong understanding of unit economics, margins, and growth.
- Proven experience building processes that empower team members.
Responsibilities
- Own at least one operational domain end-to-end within 30 days.
- Build systems including metrics, processes, tooling, and documentation within six months.
- Hand off operational domains after 6-12 months to take on new problems.
- Launch new company offerings.
- Turn business messiness into structured systems.
- Vertically integrate key business functions.
- Drive a measurable, visible improvement in at least one core business metric.
