Requirements

- Mastery of Excel or Google Sheets for advanced financial, operational, and statistical modeling
- Highly proficient in SQL with comfort independently querying, joining, and cleaning large datasets
- Proven track record of successfully executing cross-functional projects that move core business metrics
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Responsibilities
- Drive and elevate provider quality initiatives at Rula
- Use data-driven decision making to manage high-impact operational programs
- Lead scalable quality initiatives across the provider network
- Identify operational gaps and size opportunities for improvement
- Drive quarterly programs to move key metrics
- Partner cross-functionally to align on priorities and execute with rigor
- Translate complex data into clear actions
- Own initiatives like psych provider quality reviews and note quality improvements
- Oversee AI-powered documentation programs
