- Excellent structured thinking skills for breaking down complex, ambiguous problems.
- Rapid learning ability to understand new concepts, channels, and product nuances.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging C-level strategy with operational details.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across products, the customer lifecycle, and marketing/sales channels.
- Drive high-impact growth initiatives from concept to completion, owning initiatives directly or enabling others.
- Assess new opportunities by building business cases and modeling unit economics including CAC, LTV, and contribution margin.
- Guide cross-functional teams across product, marketing, sales, and engineering to achieve growth goals.
- Own quarterly OKR planning and goal-setting processes to ensure organizational alignment and velocity.
- Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.
- Partner with leadership to integrate AI into core operations to improve decision-making and business outcomes.
