Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, specifically launching products for English-speaking audiences
- Experience and deep understanding of Amazon FBA
- Proven experience in leading people and managing teams
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (planning, resource assessment, budgeting, risk management, and estimation)
- Proven track record of managing multiple initiatives
- Exceptional communication and soft skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Creativity and out-of-the-box problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Functional understanding of Shopify
Responsibilities
- Lead company operations and coordinate teams including R&D, marketing, supply chain, and customer support
- Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to subordinates
- Ensure daily activities and long-term plans adhere to established policies and legal guidelines
