- Work with a team of DevOps and DBA professionals.
- Improve existing infrastructure and processes while streamlining deployments for new countries.
- Optimize Kubernetes platform stability, resource utilization, and cost through GitOps-first practices.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure using autoscaling, alerting pipelines, and observability dashboards (metrics, logs, traces, RUM).
- Own weekend on-call operations, incident triage, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Design alert pipelines to maintain signal quality and prevent alert fatigue.
- Define and maintain SLIs and SLOs for critical services.
- Liaise with security agencies for audits and perform internal security sweeps.
- Mentor less experienced team members.
