Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership.
- Experience with direct management of 100+ people.
- Professional experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG).
- Proven experience with P&L ownership.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
- MBA degree (preferred).
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
- Prior exposure to cannabis, horticulture, or lab processing (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage the full scope of a cannabis manufacturing facility from grow to logistics.
- Ensure site-wide safety, quality, compliance, and productivity.
- Lead and develop multilevel teams in a high-growth environment.
- Own the facility budget and financial performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational gains.
