Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
- Current or recent hands-on use of a planning or PPM platform such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to answer research questions and provide clear, nuanced expert insight based on complex planning workflows.
- Exceptional written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Must be able to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Possession of a PayPal account to receive payments.
- Successful completion of a 10- to 15-minute assessment test.
Responsibilities
- Share expert perspectives on project prioritisation, resource allocation, portfolio governance, and operational planning processes.
- Assess and respond to complex planning and PMO scenarios including programme governance cycles, capacity reviews, milestone escalations, and budget forecasting.
- Participate in structured surveys or interviews to provide domain expertise for research.
- Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning and portfolio management platforms.
- Contribute subject matter expertise on how Operations and PMO functions use and evaluate planning tools and governance frameworks.
