Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Deep background in areas such as project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, or operational strategy.
- Current or recent hands-on use of a planning or PPM platform like Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to analyze complex planning workflows and provide nuanced expert insight.
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
- A PayPal account to receive payment.
Responsibilities
- Answer research questions on topics such as project prioritisation, resource allocation, portfolio governance, and operational planning processes.
- Apply real-world experience to assess and respond to planning and PMO scenarios, including governance cycles and capacity reviews.
- Participate in structured surveys or interviews to inform research into planning practices.
- Provide informed feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning and portfolio management platforms.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to help research teams understand how operations and PMO functions use governance frameworks.
