Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in Operations or PMO functions.
- Sector experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
- Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, or capacity planning.
- Hands-on experience with planning or PPM platforms such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to analyze complex planning workflows and provide nuanced expert insight.
- Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Must be prepared to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Access to a PayPal account for payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Answer research questions on project prioritisation, resource allocation, and portfolio governance.
- Assess and respond to PMO scenarios including programme governance cycles, capacity reviews, and budget forecasting.
- Participate in structured surveys and interviews to inform research into planning practices.
- Provide informed feedback on planning and portfolio management software tools.
- Contribute subject matter expertise on operational frameworks and governance processes.
