Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience in payment operations/debit cards.
- Ability to effectively manage projects.
- Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to payment operations and compliance.
- Understanding of regulations related to debit card operations (e.g., PCI DSS, KYC/AML).
- Understanding of Fiserv systems (Mainframe, Service Center, Web Portal, etc.).
- Ability to implement new processes and tools with rigorous change management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or fraud analysis platforms).
- Experience developing and utilizing data-driven fraud strategies.
- Ability to train team members on new processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all debit card operations.
- Collaborate with the Product team on debit card pilots and initiatives.
- Manage relationships with key vendors, including card processors, card printers, and BIN sponsors.
- Oversee the debit card supply chain and card issuance.
- Act as primary systems administrator for card processing platforms.
- Manage and resolve cardholder disputes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and manage fraud rules and strategies.
- Optimize tooling related to fraud monitoring and reporting.
