Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with customer goals.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery and maintain strategic roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Delivery Directors to provide project governance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers to optimize revenue performance.
- Design and implement technical solutions like CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Develop project plans, manage resourcing, and ensure milestone compliance.
- Manage customer expectations and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to help customers achieve revenue goals.
