Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with customer goals.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery and maintain strategic roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Delivery Directors to provide project governance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers to optimize revenue performance.
  • Design and implement technical solutions like CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Develop project plans, manage resourcing, and ensure milestone compliance.
  • Manage customer expectations and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to help customers achieve revenue goals.
