Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing operations, service delivery, or projects.
- Experience in IT services, technology deployments, or partner/channel environments.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects.
- Experience with work-management platforms (e.g., Wrike).
- Experience with resource scheduling tools (e.g., Resource Guru).
- Experience with enterprise service delivery systems (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba).
- Comfortable working within vendor and partner portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed and dependable with a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Receive and triage deployment requests and work-order submissions.
- Build and maintain projects in work-management systems.
- Assign field consultants using scheduling tools based on skills and availability.
- Calculate and apply project pricing adjustments and ensure revenue recognition data is accurate.
- Manage deployment logistics, technical calls, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee project closeout documentation and prepare data for invoicing.
- Reconcile time and cost center information for financial reporting.
- Support operational forecasting and process improvement initiatives.
