Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in clinical laboratory, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strategic oversight and execution responsibility.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- PMP or CBAP certification is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-site laboratory operations projects from initiation through completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with operational and clinical priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across laboratory, clinical, and business units to ensure effective collaboration and execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and deliver clear status reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and engagement throughout projects.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory workflows, efficiency, and service quality.
