- Experience supporting or managing sales operations across multiple regions (US and EMEA/UK).
- Proven track record applying kaizen or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
- Proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Superset).
- Strong analytical mindset for pipeline and performance data.
- Comfortable with async-first collaboration tools like Slack.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce instance including data quality, custom objects, and lead workflows.
- Build and maintain regional pipeline and KPI dashboards in Looker or Superset.
- Apply kaizen methodology to improve sales funnel stages across US and EUK regions.
- Map and maintain end-to-end sales process documentation.
- Drive async team coordination and operational rhythms using Slack.
