Requirements

  • Experience supporting or managing sales operations across multiple regions (US and EMEA/UK).
  • Proven track record applying kaizen or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Superset).
  • Strong analytical mindset for pipeline and performance data.
  • Comfortable with async-first collaboration tools like Slack.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce instance including data quality, custom objects, and lead workflows.
  • Build and maintain regional pipeline and KPI dashboards in Looker or Superset.
  • Apply kaizen methodology to improve sales funnel stages across US and EUK regions.
  • Map and maintain end-to-end sales process documentation.
  • Drive async team coordination and operational rhythms using Slack.
