Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Strategy roles.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM and revenue tools such as Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Experience supporting sales planning processes including forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel GTM metrics and revenue lifecycle operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual and long-range GTM planning, including forecasting models, ROI analysis, headcount planning, quota setting, and territory design across the AMS region.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define and implement segmentation, coverage models, and organizational structure.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor funnel health, pipeline performance, sales efficiency, and productivity metrics.
  • Drive operating cadence, ensuring consistent business reviews, performance inspections, and leadership reporting.
  • Support forecasting, CRM data integrity, pipeline analytics, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to deal management processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success.
  • Support executive leadership by preparing materials for QBRs and managing escalations.
