Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Strategy roles.
- Strong proficiency with CRM and revenue tools such as Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience supporting sales planning processes including forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel GTM metrics and revenue lifecycle operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual and long-range GTM planning, including forecasting models, ROI analysis, headcount planning, quota setting, and territory design across the AMS region.
- Partner with sales leadership to define and implement segmentation, coverage models, and organizational structure.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor funnel health, pipeline performance, sales efficiency, and productivity metrics.
- Drive operating cadence, ensuring consistent business reviews, performance inspections, and leadership reporting.
- Support forecasting, CRM data integrity, pipeline analytics, and ad hoc reporting.
- Identify and recommend improvements to deal management processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success.
- Support executive leadership by preparing materials for QBRs and managing escalations.
