Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (reports, records, workflows).
- Data analysis skills with experience in tools like Looker or Snowflake.
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to identify problems and implement solutions autonomously.
- Experience in fast-moving, high-growth startup environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field (preferred).
- Experience writing SQL (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Map out and optimize sales deal workflows.
- Create repeatable processes for the sales organization.
- Execute weekly and monthly pipeline reviews and forecasting.
- Build dashboards to track account and rep performance against targets.
- Manage territory and account assignments.
- Support the design and maintenance of sales compensation plans.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM data integrity and system health.
- Lead strategic projects including market analysis and goal-setting.
