Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant experience leading organizational development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, or change management initiatives within complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to independently manage large-scale organizational development projects from diagnosis through implementation and evaluation.
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, change leadership, leadership development, workforce effectiveness, and performance management.
  • Experience advising senior executives and influencing organizational decisions through data-driven recommendations and strategic consultation.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct organizational assessments, interpret workforce data, and translate findings into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience building programs, frameworks, and processes from the ground up with limited dedicated resources.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • High degree of independence, initiative, professional judgment, and accountability for outcomes.
  • Ability to drive sustainable organizational change while fostering collaboration, trust, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide organizational development initiatives from assessment and strategy development through implementation and impact measurement.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics using engagement data, workforce analytics, leadership feedback, and performance metrics to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, and performance optimization.
  • Design and implement organizational structures, role frameworks, spans and layers, and workforce alignment strategies that support business objectives.
  • Lead change management initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, and sustainable behavioral change across the organization.
  • Develop and execute leadership development, talent development, and capability-building programs aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Create scalable organizational development frameworks, tools, processes, and resources that can be leveraged across the enterprise.
  • Facilitate executive-level discussions, strategic planning sessions, and alignment workshops to support decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead the evolution of performance management practices, ensuring alignment with business goals, leadership expectations, and employee development needs.
  • Establish success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives through measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement efforts.
