Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-carrying Account Executives
  • Focus on sales enablement through call coaching, deal review, and performance optimization using Gong.io
  • Own forecasting, pipeline tracking, and sales performance analysis using CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Design and improve scalable sales processes
  • Partner with Marketing and GTM teams to strengthen messaging and alignment
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of sales talent
