Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-carrying Account Executives
- Focus on sales enablement through call coaching, deal review, and performance optimization using Gong.io
- Own forecasting, pipeline tracking, and sales performance analysis using CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot
- Design and improve scalable sales processes
- Partner with Marketing and GTM teams to strengthen messaging and alignment
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of sales talent
