Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding individual targets.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing, ideally B2C sales over the phone.
- Strong sales instincts and phone presence.
- Clear spoken and written English.
- Self-driven and results-focused.
- Emotionally steady and highly coachable.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a consistent follow-up rhythm.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handle warm inbound leads and support families through the sales process with clarity, empathy, and strong follow-through.
- Guide families through cremation options, helping them make a confident decision when possible.
- Manage returning leads and follow-up conversations across phone, text, and email.
- Contribute to queue coverage, sales activities, and related support workflows.
- Hit performance targets while maintaining strong conversion outcomes and quality scores.
- Move fluently across HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and case management systems.
