Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding individual targets.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing, ideally B2C sales over the phone.
  • Strong sales instincts and phone presence.
  • Clear spoken and written English.
  • Self-driven and results-focused.
  • Emotionally steady and highly coachable.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a consistent follow-up rhythm.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle warm inbound leads and support families through the sales process with clarity, empathy, and strong follow-through.
  • Guide families through cremation options, helping them make a confident decision when possible.
  • Manage returning leads and follow-up conversations across phone, text, and email.
  • Contribute to queue coverage, sales activities, and related support workflows.
  • Hit performance targets while maintaining strong conversion outcomes and quality scores.
  • Move fluently across HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and case management systems.
