Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify, qualify, and engage potential leads.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, ensuring smooth communication between prospects and internal sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data by logging outreach activities and updating internal sales trackers.
  • Manage follow-ups and email communication with prospects and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent engagement.
  • Support sales operations by organizing documentation, sales materials, and administrative files in shared systems.
  • Assist with market research and basic sales enablement tasks to improve outreach effectiveness and pipeline quality.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales process through structured administrative and coordination support.
