Requirements
- 5+ years of property management experience.
- 2+ years managing teams within a property management company.
- Experience overseeing leasing, vacancies, unit turns, maintenance, collections, renewals, and evictions.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience working directly with property owners.
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of six employees across multiple departments.
- Set expectations, establish KPIs, and hold team members accountable.
- Oversee leasing activity, vacancy management, and unit turns within budget.
- Manage lease renewals, rental increases, maintenance operations, and vendor performance.
- Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and eviction processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for property owners and handle escalations.
- Monitor key portfolio metrics and improve operational efficiency.
