- Strong process-oriented mindset for systematizing workflows.
- Good communication skills for coordinating teams and markets.
- Comfort with ambiguity and decision-making with incomplete information.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage a destination portfolio ensuring efficient operations and performance targets.
- Monitor performance at scale using dashboards and exception-based management.
- Capture market intelligence on pricing, competition, and local conditions.
- Maintain engagement with driver communities across markets.
- Deploy standardized initiatives, incentive programs, and campaigns.
- Monitor quality and compliance adherence.
- Collaborate with BI and Product teams to drive automation.
- Escalate strategic patterns and trends to central support.
