Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build candidate pipelines.
  • Manage the full-lifecycle recruitment process from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Integrate and champion recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and AI platforms.
  • Own recruitment funnel management including intake, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Leverage Greenhouse analytics to track time to fill, passthrough rates, and pipeline velocity.
  • Conduct salary analysis and provide real-time market intelligence.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to articulate technical vision and company culture.
