Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in technical recruiting (engineering, cybersecurity, product, or related).
- Deep expertise in technical sourcing (Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
- Mastery of recruiting tools, specifically ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strategic mindset with focus on outcomes and process optimization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Genuine passion for candidate experience and quality of hire.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle technical recruiting for specialized roles across engineering and product teams.
- Build and maintain deep technical pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
- Lead the candidate experience by maintaining thoughtful, timely communication.
- Partner strategically with stakeholders to refine role requirements and drive hiring decisions.
- Optimize recruiting tech stack (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Crosschq) to improve efficiency.
- Drive recruiting process improvements and special projects to enhance hiring outcomes.
