Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in technical recruiting (engineering, cybersecurity, product, or related).
  • Deep expertise in technical sourcing (Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
  • Mastery of recruiting tools, specifically ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strategic mindset with focus on outcomes and process optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Genuine passion for candidate experience and quality of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle technical recruiting for specialized roles across engineering and product teams.
  • Build and maintain deep technical pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Lead the candidate experience by maintaining thoughtful, timely communication.
  • Partner strategically with stakeholders to refine role requirements and drive hiring decisions.
  • Optimize recruiting tech stack (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Crosschq) to improve efficiency.
  • Drive recruiting process improvements and special projects to enhance hiring outcomes.
