Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently on complex assignments.
- Experience with Git, Visual Studio, or Eclipse (Preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Preferred).
- Knowledge of DoD software standards or cybersecurity principles (Preferred).
- Experience with AWS or Docker (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Python, Java, or C++.
- Implement software solutions aligning with DoD standards and security protocols.
- Optimize software performance and scalability.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive team feedback.
- Lead small teams on project activities and provide technical guidance.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical updates.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reporting.
