Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or comparable work experience.
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Experience building highly scalable, reliable, available, and performant systems.
- Proficiency in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Expert understanding of application architecture and API design patterns.
- Experience with data modeling, security, and performance scaling.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, reliable backend systems for Rula operations.
- Develop third-party integrations and telehealth functions.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate across teams to drive innovation.
- Manage all phases of the development lifecycle from planning to maintenance.
