Requirements

  • 5-10 years of advanced-level, tier 2/3 IT support experience in an M365, Windows, & Mac environment.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Current and verifiable technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, CompTia A+, Security+).
  • Expert knowledge of Windows and macOS hardware and operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration (tenant-level changes, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
  • Experience using MDM platforms such as Intune and JAMF.
  • Experience with cybersecurity remediation and analyzing spam/phishing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with CrowdStrike Falcon MDR.

Responsibilities

  • Provide rapid, high-quality support for end users using remote assistance tools.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or time-sensitive issues.
  • Independently triage, investigate, and resolve technical issues.
  • Document findings, actions taken, and outcomes in the ticketing system.
  • Create and maintain internal and user-facing documentation.
  • Train staff on supported platforms and systems, focusing on Microsoft 365.
  • Contribute to project-related work across Microsoft 365 and cloud environments.
  • Support staff onboarding, software installation, and endpoint-related tasks.
