- Integrate and champion recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and AI platforms.
- Own recruitment funnel management including intake, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Leverage Greenhouse analytics to track time to fill, passthrough rates, and pipeline velocity.
- Conduct salary analysis and provide real-time market intelligence.
- Act as a brand ambassador to articulate technical vision and company culture.
