- Strong organizational skills for multi-tasking under deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the technical organization.
- Manage end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, and AI roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and build passive candidate pipelines.
- Actively champion and integrate modern recruitment tooling and AI.
- Manage full life-cycle processes in Greenhouse.
- Track and report on recruiting funnel metrics.
- Synthesize market data to provide real-time salary and industry insights.
- Act as a brand ambassador to prospective talent.
